We are working on solar energy materials and solar cells. We aim at employing various kinds of semiconducting materials, including antimony sulfide-selenide, copper based chalcogenides, as well as metal oxides to build up devices for solar to electrical energy conversion; we explore appropriate device architectures regarding different material choices for low-cost, long-term stable and highly efficient solar cells.
