CCS technology and low-nobel catalysts

By adjusting the ink preparation process and precision spraying technology, the performance of fuel cell and electrolytic water is improved under the premise of greatly reducing the amount of precious metals. The hydrogen space performance of fuel cell can reach 1.5W/cm2 (H2/O2 can reach 2.5W/cm2) under low load of precious metals. Electrolytic water performance up to 3A/cm2 @1.84V(Nafion 115, 80oC), are in the international first-class level; The advanced membrane electrode CCS process and porous layer treatment method based on electrochemical plating are being promoted, which has greatly reduced the internal resistance of the electrolytic cell; Based on the core technology of low precious metal catalyst and batch membrane electrode preparation, the development of 10kW reactor and system was carried out, and related work was carried out in cooperation with Shandong Dongyue Hydrogen Energy Co., LTD., and was supported by Shandong Energy Research Institute; A 6kW PEMFC system test platform with high precision and intelligent user interface with independent intellectual property rights was developed and designed. The platform has multi-channel electrochemical diagnosis function, providing accurate test and diagnosis information for the national key research and development plan project "Development of high-performance long-life fuel cell engine system"
